Sturgeon

12 May 2021,
Dear Sturgeon R-V families,
Your household has qualified for the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Emergency Broadband
Benefit Program (EBB) because of your participation in the [[name of free and reduced lunch program]]. As
such, you may be eligible to have up to $50 discounted from your monthly internet bill. You will need to apply
for the EBB program and, after you are approved, the FCC will subsidize your monthly internet bill directly to
the internet provider. It is important to note that you will not receive these funds yourself; the amount will be
deducted from your monthly internet bill.
To participate in this program, you need to apply for the EBB. You can do that in one of three ways:
1. Visiting a participating internet service provider's website
 List of providers: https://ded2.mo.gov/GETCONNECT...
2. Applying online through the National Verifier
 How to use it: https://www.lifelinesupport.or...
 Do I qualify: https://www.lifelinesupport.or...
3. Mailing an application to:
 USAC: Emergency Broadband Support Center, P.O. Box 7081, London, KY 40742
For your application, you will need your verification of benefits letter (provided with this letter) as proof of
your participation in the free and reduced lunch program. If you have any questions about this program, please
visit https://www.fcc.gov/consumer-faq-emergency-broadband-benefit.
Sincerely,
