Two students from Sturgeon Elementary were chosen in the Daniel Boone Library's 36th Annual - Design a Book Cover contest
This contest helps spark interest in books and libraries.
Students are encouraged to use their imaginations and at the same time strengthen their awareness of books written for them.
While the in-person book fair may be over, Parents -- Please don't forget the online Scholastic Book Fair is available until Sunday, March 16th. This is a great way to order more books that you might need or to find titles that may not have been in the actual book fair at school this past week.

Who says you can't play with your food?... when you are counting to 100! Our Kindergarten students enjoyed practicing counting to 100 as they celebrated the 100th day of school!
We are lucky to have the best maintenance team! They keep our buildings running top notch, the snow cleared away, and are always ready to lend a hand around the district. Thank you for all your hard work!
